AGREEMENT FORM
The following is a binding agreement between 3|17 Korte Bernedoodles, referred to as “KBD” and the identified buyer, referred to as “Buyer” for the reservation fee of one puppy identified as “Puppy.” The purpose of this agreement is to protect both KBD and the Buyer.
On this day _________/_________/2023 KBD received $500.00 as a non-refundable reservation fee that is transferable to a future KBD Puppy from the Buyer. This reservation fee will secure the Buyer’s spot on the KBD’s Priority List.
